Maximum Period: The maximum period is indefinitely.
Account Accessibility: During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in for gaming purposes.
Financial Transactions: All pending wagers will be settled, and funds will be returned to your account. Withdrawal of any remaining balance can be requested.
Marketing Communications: You will not receive any promotional or marketing materials from us during the self-exclusion period.
Reactivation: Your account will not automatically reactivate at the end of the self-exclusion period. You must contact customer support at support@monkeytilt.com to initiate the reactivation process.
Cooling-Off Period: A 24-hour cooling-off period will be applied after you request reactivation.
Resources: We provide links to external counseling and support services for problem gambling.
Responsible Gaming Tools: We encourage the use of other responsible gaming tools available on our site, such as deposit limits and reality checks.
